I live in Ct , but wanted to send flowers to my niece in Stoneham. i chose Evergreen because it had great reviews . The flowers that were sent , were not what i expected . When they learned of my disappointment , they called me immediately , and resent the bouquet . The customer service was great. The bouquet they sent was exactly what i expected . I would highly recommend them. Kathy L ------ Florist Response: we are very sorry you were disappointed but want to assure you that the value of your order was actually above the amount. the one you saw had 5 hyacintha and 6 tulips the one we sent had 7 hyacinths and 10 tulips with greenery filler and pussy willow again we are sorry you were disappointed and we sent a new arrangement up to your niece on Monday March 4th
